I have a 18.5 hp ohv craftmans briggs & Stratton riding mower, when you go to start it it stop on the compression stroke then you have to turn the crank half way then the mower will start, I am thinking the valves are out of adjustment, can someone give me a quick crash course on how to adjust them, I know the piston has to be tdc for one valve ...
