1000mcg per day is the optimal dose for SQ as well. For oral depending on the formulation, you will absorb close to 90% or more. I will be taking 1mg twice daily myself when it lands. 500 mcg oral gives me this weird nervous feeling in my stomach like I’m ready to take the stage in front of 1000 people.
